Add or update a billing contact

ENVIRONMENT: Datto Partner Portal, Kaseya Store

This article describes how to update your contacts for billing.

To add a new billing contact or update the current contact:

  1. Contact your Datto Sales Executive.

  2. To add a new user, give your Sales Executive the contact information for the person you want to add. To add or remove an existing user, provide the existing user's information and details about the change you want to make.

  3. Your Datto Sales Executive will update your account.
