ENVIRONMENT: Datto Partner Portal, Kaseya Store

This article explains how to access and manage your Datto subscriptions.

To access and manage your Datto subscriptions:

1. In Datto Partner Portal, navigate to Purchasing & Billing > View All Subscriptions.

   The Kaseya Store Active Subscriptions screen opens in a new tab where you can view and renew your Datto subscriptions. The page includes an itemized list of all modules your company is subscribed to and the total monthly spend.

   

2. From the Active Subscriptions screen in Kaseya Store, you can carry out the following subscription management tasks:

   • View your subscriptions

   • Renew a subscription

   • Cancel a subscription in Kaseya Store

   • Review your purchase history

   • View a purchase order and download its invoice (PDF format)
