Payment methods and account settings
ENVIRONMENT: Datto Partner Portal, Kaseya Store
This article explains how to access and manage your Datto payment methods and account settings.
To access and manage your Datto payment methods and account settings:

In Datto Partner Portal, navigate to Purchasing & Billing > Payment Methods.
The Kaseya Store Payment Methods screen opens in a new tab where you can manage your credit card information and update the payment method(s) for your Datto account.

From My Account > Settings > Payment Methods in Kaseya Store, you can do the following:

Add a payment method

Edit your profile information

Add an address
-
Change your email address
-
Set up ACH/ECP information

Update your account password
