This article describes the product documentation available for MSPs on the Purchase & Billing > Product & Pricing Info page in the Partner Portal.
The Product & Pricing Information page in the Partner Portal offers MSPs a wealth of information for all of Datto's products.
The types of documents available on the Product & Pricing Information page include the following:
- Datasheet: Describes the product, its benefits, and how it works. Some datasheets include operating system and hardware requirements as well as a pricing summary.
- eBook: Describes key product features.
- Architecture guide/specification sheet: Specifies the product's physical and performance requirements.
- Buyer guide: Points out key considerations when choosing a product.
- Pricing sheet: Provides pricing options based on criteria such as commitment time frame and number of seats.
