Kaseya Certification Program
ENVIRONMENT: KaseyaOne, Kaseya University, Diplomasafe
Kaseya University Certifications are designed to increase the value of you and your team, as well as validate broader and deeper skills in content-specific areas to maintain your company's relevance in a growing industry. This will improve your onboarding efficiency and increase marketability by attracting new customers to your business and setting yourself apart from the competition.
Within the Certification program, you will be presented with a practice assessment, eLearning/learning material, and a final assessment.
-
Taking the practice assessment, eLearning course(s)/learning material is recommended but not required to earn your certification.
-
To earn the certification, all you must do is complete the final assessment with a passing grade (grades will be listed within the final assessment).
-
You can take the final assessment at any time if you feel comfortable with your level of knowledge.
-
Once you have passed the final assessment, you will be “Certified” in that product at that level.
Before you can access any of the certifications, you must first access Kaseya University. Accessing Kaseya University requires a KaseyaOne account as Kaseya University is accessed through SSO. If you have not yet logged into KaseyaOne before, see Kaseya University: Getting Started with Kaseya University for more information.

Re-Certification
To maintain your up-to-date knowledge and understanding of Kaseya products, all Kaseya Certifications require re-certification to maintain your certification status. To maintain your certification status, you will need to re-pass the final assessment before it expires. You will be automatically re-enrolled in the final assessment three-months before your certification expires to give you time to complete the requirements to keep your status. If the certification does expire before you re-earn your certification, you can re-pass the Final Assessment again and re-earn the certification. Certifications are valid for the following time-frames:
-
For Level-1, Level-2 and Level-3 certifications (Kaseya Certified Technician, Kaseya Certified Administrator, Kaseya Certified Expert), you will need to re-pass the final assessment within two years of obtaining your certification to maintain your certification status and receive an updated certificate.
Leading up to your re-certification, we encourage all our “Certified” users to participate in our continuing education offerings. This can be found in the certification curriculum, and is a great opportunity for you to be made aware of the latest enhancements since your original certification date. Continuing education is an optional opportunity and will not impact your certification status.
Not every Certification Curriculum has a Continuing Education section. Certifications that are missing will have content added to them over time. While certifications that do have continuing education sections will have course updates added and removed as time goes on to ensure the content stays relevant.
Diplomasafe
Starting in early 2024, all certifications include access to Diplomasafe, an industry-leading provider of centralized credential management systems. Diplomasafe lets users easily share their credentials on social media.
After you complete your certification, you will receive an email from Diplomasafe with steps on how to access and share your certification. Your certifications and badges will continue to live in Kaseya University, this is a separate method of management and sharing your accomplishments.
If you earned a certification prior to the launch of Diplomasafe, you will continue to have access to them in Kaseya University. Previous certificates and badges may be imported into Diplomasafe in the future.
