Designate an employee to receive billing alerts

ENVIRONMENT: Datto Partner Portal

This article describes how to designate an employee to receive billing-related email alerts in the Datto Partner Portal. You must add the employee before you can designate them to receive billing notifications.

NOTE  The primary contact on the account will always receive billing notifications.

To designate an employee to receive billing alerts:

  1. In the Datto Partner Portal, click the Admin tab, then select Portal Email Alerts from the drop-down menu.

  2. On the Settings page, in the Billing section, use the drop-down menu to find the employee's email address, then click the ADD button.

IMPORTANT  SaaS Protection accounts can be configured to have a license cap. If the cap is reached, an email is sent to the email address configured in the Datto Partner Portal under Admin > Portal Email Alerts > Primary Email.
