No Access users cannot access the Partner Portal.
- Users assigned No Access with only a Datto Partner Portal account (i.e. their account is not associated with additional Datto products), are unable to log into the Partner Portal.
- Users assigned No Access having an account associated with additional Datto products (such as Datto RMM or Autotask PSA) can log into those associated products, but not the Partner Portal.

Full access
In addition to the granted Portal role, Cloud Continuity users with Full Access can use the following Partner Portal pages and actions:
- Account Selection
- Cloud Continuity Status
- Cloud Continuity Settings
- DTC Recovery Launchpad
- DTC Recovery Launchpad VM Restore
- DTC Recovery Launchpad File Restore
- Device Status
No access
- Users with No Access cannot access any Cloud Continuity pages and actions.

Full access
In addition to the Portal role granted to the user, Cloud Continuity users with Full Access can use the following Partner Portal pages and actions:

- BCDR Recovery Launchpad Image Export
- BCDR Recovery Launchpad VM Restore

- Private Cloud Status
- Recovery Launchpad (Legacy)
- Reverse RoundTrip
- RoundTrip Status
- Subscriptions
No access
- Users with No Access cannot access any BCDR pages and actions.
